Thank you for your interest in renting our hall.
Listed below are our current rental rates, an explanation of the rates and our procedure should you decide to rent our facilities.
Our rental rates are based on four hours use of our facilities plus one hour for set up and deliveries. The rental charge for up to four hours of usage is $300. In addition to the rental charge, there is a $75 security and clean up deposit that is fully refundable after the event if all terms have been adhered to.

If you want to extend the rental time beyond four hours, contact the rental officer, each additional hour of rent is $75. The full hourly rate will apply to a partial hour that exceeds 15 minutes.

Arrangements can be made with the rental officer for decoration of the hall and deliveries for the rental.

The basic rental rate includes use of the hall with tables and chairs, kitchen facilities with refrigerator/freezer, and gas range if used for warming food and includes table and chair set up and take down and basic hall clean up. Renter is responsible for any confetti or glitter clean up, decoration removal and complete kitchen clean up if used.

Should you choose to have your affair catered, our kitchen facilities are available for warming and final preparation but are not equipped for cooking.

Use of the sign in front of the fire station for your event is authorized only by the Board or its duly appointed officer, provided the sign is not being used for fire company messages.
